Curated by the hotel’s talented chefs, Michele Fortunato and Toshikazu Kato, this refined brunch features a lavish spread of gourmet dishes, all complemented by live music entertainment to enhance the experience.
The Brunch des Bergues promises a memorable gastronomic journey, featuring an impressive array of dishes. From fresh seafood and traditional cold cuts to roasted meats, fresh salads, sushi, sashimi, and decadent desserts, there’s something for every palate.
The buffet-style brunch includes:
- Seafood Delights: Fresh oysters, lobster, and seasonal catches of the day
